Tune-Up
3 Day Retreat

Takes place over a shorter period of time, and is the perfect choice for clearing out a specific immobilizing issue. It is also an opportunity to take a break and tune up your life.

The hours and treatment are the same as the 10 and 5 day Intensives.

This program is the right choice for someone who is easily able to navigate their life but is struggling with one aspects that is disrupting the normal flow and affecting mood and health.

Some (but not all) the areas that can benefit from the 3 Day are: Mood and mental health due to Covid times, Fear, Anxiety, Relationship Challenge, Career, Home Life, Sexuality, Health, Nutrition, Weight, Body Image and Couples Weekend Intensive.

Take Charge

5 Day Intensive

Program runs for one full week, from Monday through Friday. Intensives are typically 8 hours a day or fewer, depending on the personal process of the participant.

We focus on releasing the obstacles that have brought you to us and shifting you out of pain and into possibility. We break the cycle of self-loathing and replace it with self-love.

Each day is different. There is time in the office for processing, releasing and healing on all levels. Some (but not all) of the tools/modalities involved are: therapeutic talk counseling; somatic (body-centered) therapy (giving voice to the experiences and messages held in the body); yoga process therapy; nutritional therapy to support healing, somatic expressive therapies (art, movement, breath work  sounding, meditation and journaling) and deep energy cleansing and healing.

 

When in person, we eat our meals out together- sometimes in the office and sometimes out; if you have pre-scheduled appointment that you cannot change, I can go with you to support you in your life. Sessions are often outside in good weather; at the beach, in a park or somewhere relevant to your healing. Depending on location, we might cook together or be in your favorite, (and difficult) places together.

We do all these things together virtually, so even with physical distance, our time is dynamic and flowing through the different parts of your life.

I am with you together throughout the entire Intensive. What you have to say and what you bring to the intensive matters; it's a together process.


​Once your Intensive is complete, I recommend you see me in a more typical therapeutic time frame (one hour sessions) to help support all the healing that has occurred until our process is complete.


This program is ideal for you if you have been experiencing high levels of stress, are having a hard time managing your life and daily responsibilities, are experiencing difficulty with body image and weight management, are overwhelmed with negative thoughts and want this cycle to stop. It's a good choice for healing anxiety, phobias and PTSD.

Signature Treatment

10 Day Retreat

Is Therapy Beyond Walls signature program. It runs for two full weeks, from Monday through Friday, with weekends off for Integration and process assimilation. 10-Days are designed for each person individually, and can vary from 8 hours a day to fewer, depending on what is needed for complete healing.

Some (but not all) of the tools/modalities involved are: therapeutic talk counseling; somatic (body-centered) therapy (giving voice to the experiences and messages held in the body); yoga process therapy; nutritional therapy to support healing, somatic expressive therapies (art, movement, breathwork, sounding, meditation and journaling) and deep energy cleansing and healing.

We eat our meals together, and during the nutritional support times, I teach you how to prepare meals that support bringing your whole body system into mental/emotional and physical health and alignment. If you are healing from a physical challenge, these foods will support your healing process.

In between treatment days, I give you specific tools to use and 'homework' exercises to walk through on your own that enhance your healing process.

I am with you together throughout the entire retreat. What you have to say and what you bring to the process matters; it's a together process.

This program is ideal for you if you have been housing trauma inside of you for a long time; had a catastrophic event occur that you cannot move past; are a victim of physical or psychological abuse or sexual trauma; have been battling addictions and disorders; or are living with years of mental illness, imbalance or distress and want your life back.
